Exporting pdb file to desktop

I have a palm tungsten E. How do I get the pdb file back on my desktop. It does not show up in copy or send or beam.

What happens if you do the HotSync?
Can you find your pdb file on your desktop PC after you've done the HotSync?

Thanks. The pdb file was in the backup directory of my user name on the palm desktop.
