Program crashes while saving the file after removing duplicates

Steps to re-create the crash:
(Japanese language, Windows XP professional SP2 )

1) Create a small file with duplicates
2) Edit the stack
3) Press the "Duplicate in column" button
4) remove the duplicates
5) save the file --> program crashes
