Stackz 07 Beta4 won't install

Hello,
I downloaded the new beta 4 version of STACKZ but it won't install properly.
When clicking on the short cut to start, it displays the blue Stackz flag and freezes. When I click on the  flag it says it has encountered a problem and must shut down.
I've tried several times uninstall and reinstall but just can't get it to install. I've gone back to beta 1.

And it seems that beta 1 is running correctly - what about beta 2 and beta 3?

Hello,
I tried again to install beta 4. This time I even deleted the old folder that is not/wasn't removed from the uninstall but beta 4 still won't install.
Beta 1 works pretty good except for the occasional, "software has caused an error" shutdowns.
I will try beta 3 next.

Follow-up to previous message."won't install"
I don't have beta 07 beta 2 or 3 and can't find either to download.
All "please download it from >>this page<<" point to 07 beta 4 only.

Note that there were similar reports before - is it behaving in the same way (i.e. same message) as described in this topic?

And Have you tried holding down the shift key? This could help as well in some situations (see this post).

Other questions:
What OS are you using?
Are you using the standard version or the dictionary version?
Have you installed used both versions (previously)?

Hello again,
I re-installed 07 beta 4 again and by using the shift key it started up properly. It will now start up without pressing the shift key.
Beta 4 seems to be working fine now.

VERSION: standard
USAGE: only the older 06 version and 07 beta 1 and now beta 4
The error message that displayed was the common type message:
Stackz Flashcard Organizer has encountered a problem and needs to be closed...
