ALERT: a potential crash condition.
If a "deck" file is opened that has a language that has
not been listed in--[options>stackz options>languages],
'STACKZ' will crash and continue to crash.
[My previous post here modified 26oct2007] To recover, try to delete/rename the last opened file so that it can't be loaded automatically at startup. After the next start-up of 'STACKZ', 1st step, list all languages that you will be working with in--[options>stackz options>languages]. If you don't know what was the last file loaded, the file will show in 'Task Manager'.
I experienced this while upgradeing to Version 07 RC 6 Standard Edition.

Otherwise, 'STACKZ' is a pleasure to use.

Thanks for all the improvements.

Chris

thanks for posting, I'll have to check this out.

Before uninstalling, please try to delete/rename the last opened file so that it can't be loaded automatically at startup. I guess this should be enough to avoid the crash...

Sir: Your suggestion to recover by renaming the last opened file, works. I have modified my previous post on this condition.
