Erasing DB's on Palm

Hi, I'm using a Palm TX.
The tool itself looks very nice and is good for training during public transportation...

But I have 1 problem  ???:

How can I delete DB's *.pdb or *.szm files on the palm?

I'm just a DAU (I don't know the English word for it).
But I have my Palm just 2 day's.
I have found it within the Main-Menu....
