I found some real bugs, and they fixed them.

I get nervous when I report a bug, until someone else says they see it too, because it might be operator error, or a quirk in my system. I would hate to say that something is wrong when it is not. But the person or people responsible here were quick to reply with some kind of feedback. I have helped a little with some other programs, and did not get this quality of engagement.
Lastly, the product is worth this effort, and I am very happy that it works so well! (During this test, my collection of Hanzi went from about 70, to 300, today. And my flashcard program worries are over.)

Agreed.  The customer support and attention to our requests is awesome.
