Steps to re-create the crash:
(Japanese language, Windows XP professional SP2 )

1) Create a small file with duplicates
2) Edit the stack
3) Press the "Duplicate in column" button
4) remove the duplicates
5) save the file --> program crashes

The shift key (pressed at the right time) indeed allows the program to start.
To be continued......
Thanks

Bugs fixed / Can only be started once. Crashes afterwards
September 18, 2007, 03:24:53 AM
This bug relates to the latest version of Stack 7 available. (Release candidate 3 or 4? the web is not clear about which one is being downloaded)
After installation, the program runs normally. Any other time thereafter that it is started, the program crashes right after the blue "stack" logo is displayed.
Resetting the computer does not make any difference.
(OS Windows XP SP2)
