Title: How to set up Chinese-English dictionary?

Hi,
I tried to setup an English-Chinese-English dictionary (the CEDICT dictionary downloaded from the link provided on the Links page), but I am not able to see any words, so I am not sure I have done it right. I was not able to find any instructions as to how to correctly setup a dictionary, if there are such instructions could you please point me to them.

You can find instructions in "Setup - Configure Dictionaries".

I have been looking for this.But there is not enough information as you say!!!
