Title: Can only be started once. Crashes afterwards
Post by: Radioguy on September 18, 2007, 03:24:53 AM
This bug relates to the latest version of Stack 7 available. (Release candidate 3 or 4? the web is not clear about which one is being downloaded)
After installation, the program runs normally. Any other time thereafter that it is started, the program crashes right after the blue "stack" logo is displayed.
Resetting the computer does not make any difference.
(OS Windows XP SP2)

Try holding down the SHIFT key while Stackz starts, then the problematic code will not be executed.

Three days ago I learned how to solve these startup problems properly, so it will work in the next release without that workaround.

The shift key (pressed at the right time) indeed allows the program to start.
To be continued......
Thanks
