Hi, I'm still on RC2 but according to your notes for RC3 (4) it seems like this hasn't been mentioned yet. Apologies if it has.
To re-create the bug, enter edit mode and edit a stack. Then, bring up the search bar. Type a long word in the search box. An example is カルチャーショック. This word is actually longer than the search entry box, and when you press "enter" to choose your selection in the IME, no text is entered! If you search for a word that is shorter than the search entry box, like カルチャー, there is no problem.
Any time the entry (prior to conversion) is longer than the search box and it needs to go to a second line, pressing "enter" causes the text to go away.
Is that clear or should I elaborate more?
Thanks!
Brett
Yes indeed, you also can't type long english words directly in the textbox - the autoscroll flag was not set.
(The scolling used to be done in custom drawing functions in Stackz 2006, ignoring this flag... now it defines the behavior.)
This will work in the next release.
