RC 3 did not solve the arrow draw problem (http://www.stackz.com/forum/index.php?topic=205.msg761#msg761), so here is RC 4 with some other changes.
* Fix, second try: Background of arrow buttons should really display correctly on all systems now
* Fix: UI theme change made previously opened study dialogs visible again
* RetentionManager Layout improved
* Update RetentionManager after every card move during test/learn/match
