Title: Window position upon opening new Stackz file
Post by: brett.gildersleeve on June 13, 2007, 03:04:24 AM
Hi, I'm not sure if this is a bug, but it's kind of annoying me.

When I open Stackz, the Task window, Dictionary window, Kanji Info window, and Kanji search window are always in the correct position from where they were last time.  If i move them, close the program, and re-open, they will appear in the same place.  However, this is not true for Stackz files.  When I open them, the default position is always sort of off from where I want it to be, so I have to move it the way I like it.  The position does not save on restart.

So, I'm not sure if this is a bug (it's not working as intended) or a feature request (it's supposed to work this way and I just don't like it)?

Please let me know.  :D
Thanks,

Brett

The initial document will be placed at the same position in the next release.

I consider this to be a bug as one can expect that the new feature is consistent across all windows. I think the issue about re-opening all files would be a new feature however, this is a new behavior that might be a bigger change (follow up problems, preferences of users, etc).
