Disable "instant search" in dictionary and sentences

In the previous version, to look up a japanese word using windows IME, you would first write the word in hiragana, press space to convert it to kanji, press enter to confirm, and finally press enter again to do the search. In this new version Stackz starts searching after the first time you press enter, which sometimes saves you one keypress, but for me is rather irritating. Not only is this behaviour rather unintuitive since you are used to pressing the enter key twice in every other application, but I often look up words I don't know by typing the kanji separately, typing other words using the same kanji and then editing them. Stackz beginning to search before I'm done typing really slows me down.
Could you please make this instant seach behaviour optional? The same applies to the example sentences.

I had this problem today.  I saw 行先 on a sign and wanted to search for it.  I know 行動 and 先に but I didn't know the reading of 行先, so I wanted to type in each individually.  This is a pain because it searches after each entry.
