This is truely great news!

So glad you've heard the users' requests for example sentence integration.
Jim Breen's dictionary now links all entries to the ALC database so this may be another possiblity.
I use both the Tanaka Corpus and ALC daily.  Both are huge databases that are very helpful and useful.
I'm surprised more developers have not recognized the tremendous potential of utilizing them.

If/when we get the example sentences, my tip is to order them not alphabetically but after length of the japanese entry. That way you get the most basic examples at top, which is probably what you are looking for in most cases. Then for more complicated sentences you could scroll down.

Also, an easy way to add the selected sentence(s) to the Comment-field in your stacks would be useful. Or even an option to "append to..." whichever field you want, to not replace any already existing text in the chosen field, preferably with a linebreak first for separation.
